 Leda's Lover

In the Greek myth of Leda and the Swan, Zeus took the form of a swan to seduce the lovely maiden Leda. In this piece, the crown of Zeus takes the form of the swan. This is a wall relief designed for narrown vertical spaces. It is roughly 18in high by 6in wide by 2in deep. It is carved from black walnut wood.
